Pre-requisites for Submission of Complaint
This web application is meant for the registration of complaints with NFRA. The complaints may be registered by Government Ministry/ Department, Non-Government Entity, or any individuals. Kindly refer the guidelines laid down by NFRA available at https://nfra.gov.in/public-grievance-0.
For submitting complaints with NFRA, user needs to submit following documents:
1. Details of the Complaint
2. Supporting documents in favour of the complaint
3. Following details of the Contact Person in the Complainee Entity (Complainee means the subject of Complaint, i.e., Company/ Corporate body against whom complaint is being submitted)
- (a) Name
- (b) Designation
- (c) Landline Phone number
- (d) Mobile Number
- (e) Email ID
- (f) Address
4. For Complaint registration by Government Ministries/ Departments please forward following details of the Nodal Person at helpdesk[at]nfra[dot]gov[dot]in to create user login:
- (a) Full Name
- (b) Designation
- (c) Level of Ministry (Central/ State/ Other)
- (d) Name of Ministry and Department
- (e) Official Email address
- (f) Contact number
5. For Complaint registration by Non-Government Entity (Organization)
- (a) Relevant document if complaint was filed earlier with MCA
- (b) Document for nomination of nodal person as per the guidelines
- (c) Identity card of the Nodal Person issued by a Government Agency
6. For Non-Government Entity (Individual)
- (a) Relevant document, if complaint was filed earlier with MCA
- (b) Identity card of the Nodal Person issued by a Government Agency
