This application is for registration of complaints with NFRA by Government ministries and departments, and Non-Government Entities like Companies, Individuals, etc. The user needs to refer the guidelines laid down by NFRA (https://nfra.gov.in/public-grievance-0) and have the following details/documents before proceeding with complaint registration.

  4. For Complaint registration by Government Ministries/ Departments please forward following details of the Nodal Person at helpdesk[at]nfra[dot]gov[dot]in to create user login:

    1. Full Name

    2. Designation

    3. Level of Ministry (Central/ State/ Other)

    4. Name of Ministry and Department

    5. Official Email address

    6. Contact number

  5. For Complaint registration by Non-Government Entity (Organization)

    1. Relevant document if complaint was filed earlier with MCA

    2. Document for nomination of nodal person as per the guidelines

    3. Identity card of the Nodal Person issued by a Government Agency

  6. For Non-Government Entity (Individual)

    1. Relevant document, if complaint was filed earlier with MCA

    2. Identity card of the Nodal Person issued by a Government Agency
